80,000 Hours is a non-profit that provides research, support and career-planning to help students and recent graduates switch into careers that effectively tackle the world’s most pressing problems. They also have a fantastic podcast that explores global problems in depth.

GWWC conducts research to find the very best charities across a wide range of problems, so that you can have 100x more impact with your donations. GWWC also hosts a community of more than 8,000 people who have pledged to donate 10% of their income to the most effective charities.
The EA Opportunities Board features a wide range of entry level EA opportunities, including internships, volunteer opportunities, conferences, and more. This opportunity board features opportunities that require less time or experience, while the 80,000 Hours Job Board focuses primarily on full-time positions, which they don't include.
The EA forum facilitates discussion relevant to EA. This is where our global community meets to share and learn from each-other, including new projects and ideas. We highly recommend signing up for their weekly forum digest.
